Nature of Services

Skillora HR Services provides recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, and career-related services. As these are service-based and not physical products, the concept of “returns” does not apply. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it is considered non-returnable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as service cancellation by Skillora HR Services before initiation or duplicate/incorrect payment made by the client. Any refund request must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and supporting proof.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, partially completed services, candidate rejections, interview non-selection, job offer withdrawal, or changes in hiring requirements. Skillora HR Services does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes; therefore, dissatisfaction due to non-selection does not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures. Skillora HR Services reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative or processing charges.

Service Cancellation

Service cancellation requests must be made in writing before the commencement of the service. Once recruitment or HR activities have started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.

Policy Modifications

Skillora HR Services reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
