Skillora HR Services shall not be liable for outcomes arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates registering or applying through Skillora HR Services must ensure that all personal, educational, and professional details shared are true and accurate. Any misrepresentation, falsification of documents, or misleading information may result in immediate removal from our database without prior notice. Skillora HR Services is not responsible for employment termination or disputes arising due to false information provided by candidates.

Fees, Payments & No Guarantee of Employment

Any applicable service fees will be clearly communicated to clients or candidates prior to service initiation. Payments must be made according to agreed timelines and terms. Skillora HR Services does not guarantee job placement, employment confirmation, or selection, as all hiring decisions are solely dependent on the client organization. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
